Cidhela heads to Sickbay to have her appearance restored. Daphne focuses on flying the ship as fast as she can safely through the Badlands, while Mel showers and then finds Saval working in Main Engineering, acting as Chief Engineer while Cidhela is in Sickbay. She asks Saval about Bjornson, and learns that it when Bjornson killed the Syndicate family and rescued Cidhela; he apparently did so without breaking a sweat.
