-==== "I Like You Two." ====+==== Kimball Attends Services ====

-As [[trek:venerable:pcs:kelly|Kelly]] and [[trek:venerable:pcs:khaleed|Khaleed]] leave the bridge, [[trek:characters:aaron|Aaron]] heads to the tactical alcove to speak with [[trek:venerable:pcs:kimball|Kimball]]. Kimball confirms they have four torpedo launchers; three to the fore including the roll bar, and one aft. Aaron outlines firing sequence he wants programmed in; four torpedoes in the first volley but only one will hitand then all four torpedoes are on target in the second volley - and the three that "missed" originally come about and hitfor a total barrage of seven torpedoes hitting simultaneously. Kimball runs a few scenarios in his head and realizes the timing will be the tricky partso he starts work.+Chief of security **Lieutenant Commander [[trek:venerable:pcs:kimball]]** rises early and prepares for Mass. He heads down to the shared theater/chapel space on deck six, which is a holdover from the //Miranda//-class's origins in the mid-23rd century. The room can comfortably seat one hundred people, in two blocks of rows. Starfleet has consecrated the space for multiple religions, a concession to many species and cultures in a small space. Kimball doesn't mind, and takes seat in the front block, which is reserved for the faithful. He is one of thirteen, all human, ranging in ages, genders, and departments. Behind them, about twenty observers file into the second block of seats, Kimball eyes a few humans, several Andorians, and his second**Lieutenant [[trek:characters:anjohl]]**.

-Satisfied, Aaron heads to the science station, where **Ensign [[trek:characters:zaft|Zaft]]**, a male Bolian, has taken Kelly'place. He tasks Zaft with improving sensor resolution in the gravimetric shear; Zaft starts work immediatelyAaron then heads to the conn and ops stations and asks [[trek:characters:eleven|Eleven]] to work on more effective maneuvers within the ClusterEleven hands him a padd with just that data, and Aaron declares"I like you two." He takes the padd and heads to the war room to strategizeleaving [[trek:characters:shilvala|Shil'vala]] in command.+Leading the service is **Lieutenant Commander [[trek:characters:kragan|Ethan Noah Kragan]]**, the gamma-shift doctor. Ethan greets Kimball, and Kimball notes Ethan looks like muscular Santa Claus; he'an older human with slightly long hair and beard, both of which are more salt than pepperEthan then performs a thirty-minute service, including Mass, and Kimball warms to his sincere and serene faith. After the service, Ethan performs a quick explanation and Q&A for the observersAs people file out, Kimball speaks to Ethan, and finds him a genuinely warm and gregarious man. Ethan is firm about his position; the Pope has given him sanction to administer servicesbut he is not a clergymanThey discuss the nature of faith in the current times and Kimball recalls telecommuting to services. Ethan accepts that times change, and the Catholic Church must change with thembut believes physical gatherings are important.

-==== Keeping Up With the Counselor ====+Both men note that Lieutenant Anjohl is lingering, clearly having a difficult time. Ethan softly admits that Anjohl is here regularly, even more than some Catholics, and he believes Catholic rituals remind her of her upbringing and bring her some comfort even though the Bajoran religion is very different. Kimball heads over to speak to her and learns the presence of fifty-one Bajorans on the //Boston// has brought up some very uncomfortable memories; they haven't had a chance to worship freely. Although the Cardassian occupiers have not banned the religion of the Prophets, they do use it as a tool for social control. Ethan asks Kimball if he can speak to **Captain [[trek:venerable:pcs:aaron]]** about letting the Bajorans use the chapel to worship. Kimball replies, "Starfleet Intelligence is relocating the Bajorans at 0945 hours. It will be tight, but I'll ask."

-Kelly and Khaleed enter shuttle bay one and find the //Cambridge// and the //Somerville// sitting in the repair bay. [[trek:characters:tkora|T'kora]] walks over and runs down the modifications necessary; Khaleed calls up his scant engineering knowledge and realizes this is way over his head. He tries to filter her instructions through his "science brain" and comes up with enough that he is confident he can contribute. T'kora tasks them with working on the //Somerville// while she handles the //Cambridge// alone. As Khaleed works, previous experiences from the Bahb symbiont come bubbling up, which helps.+==== An Unpolished Service ====

-Work on the various projects continues for an hour, and Kelly and Khaleed struggle to match T'kora's paceHowever, they hear a throaty rumble as [[trek:characters:mbelaa|M'Belaa]] pokes her head in and asks, "Do you need a hand?Khaleed retorts"Twoactually," as the counselor eyes their work, shucks off her boots, and scrambles up to the top of the //Somerville//T'kora looks over and starts to say somethingbut M'Belaa starts extracting components and making the modifications easily. With her helpthe //Somerville// is back on track, but Kelly and Khaleed do spot the split-second confusion that crosses T'kora's faceThe Vulcan returns to work but keeps a wary eye on the //Somerville//, but both shuttles are finished at the two-hour mark.+Alpha shift starts at 0800 hours, and the senior officers settle into their stations. They will depart for the Argolis Cluster at 1000 hours, and the two hours before is reserved for systems checks and the likeCaptain Aaron Englyss surveys everything from his chair as **Lieutenants (junior grade) [[trek:characters:ten|10011 ("Ten")]] and [[trek:characters:eleven|01101 ("Eleven")]]** settle into ops and conn respectivelyhis executive officer **Commander [[trek:characters:shilvala]]** claims mission operations at the back of the bridgechief science officer **Lieutenant [[trek:venerable:pcs:kelly]]** takes the science station, and **Lieutenant [[trek:venerable:pcs:khaleed]]** stands his first bridge shift at environmentalAs Khaleed is also functioning as an assistant to Kellymission ops and environmental have been swapped from their normal positions flanking tacticalso Khaleed is now directly behind Kelly. Chief engineer **Commander [[trek:characters:tkora]]** checks in at the engineering station on the bridge, but then relocates to main engineering, while chief medical officer **Lieutenant Commander [[trek:characters:heltorin]]** checks in from sickbay. **Counselor Lieutenant [[trek:characters:mbelaa]]** also reports in but relocates to deck seven to help with the Bajorans.

-T'kora hails Aaron and reports, "Captain, the modifications have been installed on the runabouts successfullyAt this timeI believe attempting these modifications on the standard shuttles to be illogical; they are too small to survive." Aaron replies"//Very good, and I agree//." T'kora nods and adds, "Then I shall return your chief science officer, your medic, and your counselor." Aaron agrees before her statement fully registers, but he heads up to the bridge. T'koraM'Belaa, Khaleed, and Kelly enter the bridge a moment later, at 1445 hours. Kimball reports"Firing solution programmed in, captain," and Aaron nods. Before surrendering the science station, Ensign Zaft reports, "I've managed to increase resolution about ten percent, captain, but I'm not confident it'll hold up if we hit stronger shear." Aaron nods again and thanks him.+Kimball does a quick diagnostic of his station before approaching Aaron; Aaron considers the request and replies, "If here's timego ahead, but speak to [[trek:characters:darrah]] first." Kimball leaves the bridge and first heads to the security complex on deck sevenHe speaks to a human crewmemberwho reports a few minor drunken fistfights amongst the refugeesbut nothing dangerousCounselor M'Belaa reviewed the incidents and declared them adrenaline drops and "blowing off steam." Kimball looks over the records and agrees. He then heads to the cargo baywhere the Bajorans are packing up their meager belongings. He finds Darrah Mace; the former lawman looks haggard at the responsibilities of leadership. Kimball pitches the idea of a chance to worship freely, and then is very much aware of the total silence and fifty pairs of Bajoran eyes on him at the mention of the word "chapel."

-==== Pursuing the Cardassians ====+Darrah is stunned at the offer, but swiftly agrees. Kimball leads the fifty-one Bajorans out of the cargo bay and up to deck six without a single issue, and they file into the chapel. Ethan is waiting for them; he has added a few Bajoran elements to the chapel for their use, and he greets Darrah and the others in Bajoran. Ethan admits he has studied their religion in an attempt to understand Anjohl's presence but is stunned when that makes him the //de facto// prylar on hand. Kimball shrugs and stands to the side as Ethan bravely dives into leading a Bajoran service. Although he stumbles a few times over doctrinal - and cultural - differences, he manages to perform the service admirably, and may Bajorans are openly weeping. Ethan concludes the service at 0930 hours, which is cutting things very close. However, the Bajorans file out, had back to the cargo bay, grab their belongings, and disembark without incident, and with a minute to spare. Darrah Mace thanks Kimball profusely, and asks he pass their gratitude to Captain Englyss.

-T'kora takes the engineering station and Aaron tells her, "Coordinate with the Bynars." He turns and adds, "Eleven, you ready?" The Bynars respond with thumbs mostly up, and Aaron decides to go with that. He orders, "Then take us in gently, half-impulse." Eleven complies and the //Boston// enters the Argolis Cluster for the first time. She starts shaking immediately from the gravimetric shear, but T'kora initiates her shield modifications. The //Boston// smooths out a moment later as the modifications blunt the shear, and they cruise at half-impulse for a few minutes without problems. Eleven reports, "Flying smooth now, captain. Permission to go to warp?" Aaron turns to Kelly and asks, "Will the sensors keep up at warp?" Kelly examines Zaft's modifications and replies, "Yes, as long as we keep it at or below warp four."+==== The Boston Departs For the Argolis Cluster ====

-Aaron orders"Warp one." Eleven carefully increases speed and the //Boston// shudders again as she enters warpbut T'kora taps a few commands for her modifications and the vessel'flight smooths out once againKelly reports the sensors are operational, and Aaron asks, "Anything on long range sensors?Kelly gestures for Khaleed to perform a sensor scan; the Trill complies and then reports, "Negative."((With [[players:joe]] absent, [[players:jon]] took over most of the science duties.)) Aaron then orders, "Increase speed to warp threebut gradually.Eleven nods and obeys; the //Boston// shudders as her speed gradually climbs. They hit warp three and T'kora continues fiddling with her modificationsonce again smoothing out the flight.+The Bajorans offload at 0945 hours, and Starfleet Intelligence liaison **Lieutenant Commander [[trek:characters:bjornson]]** boards and officially transfers [[trek:characters:krim]], the surgically altered Cardassian spyinto SI'careLieutenant Bahb leaves the bridge to participate in the formal handoff as she was his patient, and he cautions Bjornson, "Be careful, you're not going to get much out of her.Bjornson smirks and retorts, "That's why we have pickaxes." Khaleed opens his mouth but cannot come up with a proper replyHe returns to the bridge and Kelly asks him, "Do you need help with anything?" Khaleed shakes his headso Kelly hands him the compiled data packet on the Argolis Cluster to review.

-Aaron settles backhappy with staying at warp three for the momentHe orders Eleven to continue following the Cardassian ion trail, and asks T'kora, "Can you determine how fast they were going when they entered the cluster?" T'kora does some quick calculations and replies, "My estimation is that they were traveling at warp five. Illogical and foolish." Aaron agreesbut notices M'Belaa leaning over and watching T'kora's modifications intently, and T'kora eyes the Caitan but doesn't challenge her. Aaron looks away, smirking, and wonders if he's about to lose his counselor.(([[trek:characters:mbelaa|M'Belaa]] has decent amount of engineering knowledge, as she is fascinated with how things work; she's just better at figuring how people work versus machines.))+At 0955 hours, Aaron calls out"All stations, check in." Everyone runs a final diagnostic and reports; everything is good to go. The umbilical cables and docking clamps holding the //Boston// to Starbase 211 retract at 1000 hours, and the //Boston// powers up her warp core. Aaron orders, "Eleven, take us out, thrusters only." Eleven complies, and the //Boston// slips out of space dock under her own power. Aaron orders a course plotted to the Argolis Cluster, which is two light years away. He then orders"As soon as we're clear, jump to warp eight." Eleven does exactly that, and the //Boston// jumps to warpAt warp eight, the trip to the Argolis Cluster will take day. The rest of the day passes quietly, as everyone runs systems checks to confirm their readiness now that they are underway. Khaleed reviews the Argolis Cluster data thoroughly.

-==== Serendipity in Argolis ====+===== Stardate 44234.08: Monday March 27th, 2367, 1030 hours =====

-The //Boston// travels at warp three for an hour, and at 1600 hours Khaleed runs another sensor sweep and gets something. He reports, "Captain, //Galor//-class vessel dead ahead, heading this way. They're not on a direct intercept course, and I don't think they've seen us." He runs another scan and reports, "They're heading out of the Cluster at warp three, and they've taken heavy damage. It looks like this vessel was the one who lost part of their warp engine." Aaron considers his options before declaring, "We're not going to hide. Eleven, plot an intercept course, but aim for an area with high shear." Eleven nods as he enters the new course, and the //Boston// pivots slightly as she moves to intercept. Eleven reports, "Four minutes to intercept." Kimball puts the weapons on standby.+==== The Boston Arrives ====

-After two minutes, Khaleed calls out, "They've seen us." The //Galor//-class vessel slows as the //Boston// intercepts, and T'kora reports"There are no modifications to their vessel." As both vessels drop to impulse[[trek:characters:ten|Ten]] adds"Incoming hail." Aaron replies, "On screen," and the viewscreen emits static before resolving into the face of a very gaunt Cardassian gul with an overly thick neckThe Cardassian rumbles//"I am Gul [[trek:characters:lokal|Lokal]] of the Cardassian Third Order, in command of the //Krager//."// Aaron introduces himself and states,"We saw the debris outside the clusterDo you need assistance?"+The //Boston// approaches the Argolis Clustera proto-star nursery that straddles the Dorvan and Betazed Sectors. The crew is aware of the basic informationthanks to Kelly: the cluster is invisible to the naked eyebut contains intense and variable gravimetric shear due to the stellar nurseryand he estimates there are six or seven systems insideEach of the systems is very close together due to the nature of a stellar cluster, but high-warp travel is incredibly limited due to the gravimetric shearWarp 4 is the highest recommended speedand this avoids the core of the Cluster. The Cluster is an oblong lozengewith the widest part in the Dorvan Sector before it "tapers" off in the Betazed Sector. It is roughly six light years 'long' at the longest point, and four and a half light years wide at its widest pointwhich is the side facing the Cardassian border. The Cluster is approximately seven light years 'tall' at the most.

-To Aaron's surpriseGul Lokal nods and states, //"Our orders were to depart the Argolis Cluster and locate a Federation ship for assistance. Fortunatelyyou found us far sooner than we expected."// Aaron jokes, "On my planetwe call that 'serendipity.'" Gul Lokal doesn't reactbut states, //"Please follow us."// He cuts the channel, and the //Krager// pivots deeper into the Argolis ClusterHowever, the gravimetric shear causes a piece of the //Krager's// already damaged superstructure to rip free! Aaron yells"Tractor beam!" as Khaleed was already running computations. Kimball triggers the tractor beam and manages to catch the wreckage and push it back into place. Eleven utters a string of binary that everyone else is certain is profanity, which amuses Aaron.+Eleven drops to warp four as recommended, and the ship shudders as the weakest waves of gravimetric shear hit them.((In the outer regions of the Argolis Cluster, the crew had the **Gravimetric Shear 1** complication at all times.)) Aaron debates possibilities for several seconds before coming to a decision and ordering, "Helmset a course looping around the cluster. We'll skirt the edges first and launch probes to map the shear and find a safe way insideScience, get everything you can and forward it to engineering so T'kora can start working on countermeasures. Everyone elsestay sharp." Eleven computes the most efficient course based on the data available and executes itAaron knows the //Boston// carries sixty casingstwenty of which are photon torpedoes.

-The //Krager// nudges their warp engines back up to warp three and the //Boston// follows, still pinning the wreckage in place with her tractor beam. To the senior officers' sheer amazementCardassian techs tromp out in EVA suits along the //Krager's// hull whilst at warp! They reconnect and solder the wreckage back into placewith no casualties sustained. The repair crew marches back inside, and Kimball cuts the tractor beam. The //Boston// drops back a bit but continues following the //Krager//; they note how the //Krager's// shields dimple and flex under the gravimetric shearand how occasionally the shear punches through the shields to cause the //Krager's// hull to ripple ominously! Thankfully, T'kora's modifications hold and the //Boston// is fine.+Over the course of the next week, the //Boston// skirts the edges of the Argolis Clusterdropping probes in their wake and varying their warp speed when the gravimetric shear allows. The probes chart the shear and local conditionsand boost communications. The first two probes function just finebut the third and fourth probes go offline within hours. Kelly suspects they were lost to shear. Bahb suggests linking probes to confirm; Aaron agrees and orders them to focus on that specific region whenever possible. The //Boston// launches another four probes, this time ahead of them to chart their way. Three of the probes range ahead without issue, but the fourth one hits a gravimetric shear and rapidly compresses to the size of a coin! Eleven immediately alters course to avoid that shear.

-==== Your Friendly Neighborhood Obsidian Order ====+===== Stardate 44256.14: Tuesday April 4th, 2367, 1145 hours =====

-At 1650 hours, Khaleed reports, "System ahead!" as the //Krager// drops out of warp. The //Boston// does the same, and both ships enter the system. Gravimetric shear immediately drops, and Khaleed performs a sensor sweep. He reports, "Six planets, G1V-type main sequence star. One world is technically Class-M, but it's at the extreme outer edge of the green zone, so it's practically an ice ball. Two Cardassian vessels in southern orbit of that world, weapons on standby." The //Krager// sets course for that planet, and Aaron orders the //Boston// to follow. Ten reports, "Captain, the //Krager// is hailing the forces on the planet below." Aaron tenses, but a few seconds later Ten adds, "And we are now being asked to join in. Audio-only channel from the surface."+==== Cardassian Shenanigans ====

-Aaron frowns but nodsAt the chimehe identifies himselfA second latera male Cardassian voice booms through the speakers, //"WelcomeCaptain EnglyssI am **Agent [[trek:characters:corbas|Delan Corbas]]** of the Obsidian OrderI thought you commanded the //Wyoming//?"// Aaron replies, "I didPromotions happen." Agent Corbas grunts, //"True enough, captain. I will update my files, and congratulations. Your promotion is well deserved. Nowyou have an opportunity to do a great service to Cardassiacaptain. Please join us on the surface with as many crewmembers as you likepreferably medicalscience, and securityBring tricordersAnd cold-weather gearI look forward to meeting you."// Agent Corbas then terminates the channeland Aaron mutters, "He's worse than [[trek:characters:bjornson|Bjornson]]."+The //Boston// now has a much better idea of the exact size of the Cluster and the location of the worst gravimetric shear on the outskirtsT'kora has modified the shields to compensate and is preparing other countermeasures to the structural integrity fields. Probe 8 suddenly beepsand Kelly checks itHe reports it has found somethingand Aaron orders the //Boston// to that location; Eleven executes the safest course. They rendezvous with probe 8 at 1232 hoursand Kelly takes more readingsHe initially discovers an ion trail, rapidly decaying, and estimates a vessel entered the Argolis Cluster at that location a day agoHe fiddles with the sensors and overcomes the interference form the gravimetric shear. Kelly calls out his findings as he recognizes them; the vessel that breached the Cluster was Cardassian and left enough of a wake that the //Boston// can travel safely behind themKhaleed opines the Cardassian vessel must have been huge if that is the casebut Kellystill focused on the sensorsshakes his head and says"NoChecking... confirmed. It was three //Galor//-class vesselscaptain."

-==== People Lived Here? ====+Kelly performs some more scans and announces, "Definitely three //Galor//-class cruisers, but I'm picking up metallic debris. They didn't get inside unscathed." He highlights one reading, and the crew realizes they are looking at part of a Cardassian warp engine. Khaleed argues that for three Cardassian vessels to brave the Argolis Cluster, something very important must be inside. Aaron agrees, and Kimball points out, "We know the Bajorans were heading for the Cluster before they were diverted to LV-397. Maybe they're looking for that colony site." Aaron nods and then hails T'kora. He explains the situation and asks her if she can apply her modifications to a runabout. T'kora replies, "//I do not recommend that, captain. A runabout is too small a vessel to risk in the cluster//." Aaron replies firmly, "I didn't as if you recommended it, commander; I asked if you could do it." He softens his tone and adds, "If we're facing the possibility of three Cardassian vessels, I want a backup option."

-Aaron orders the //Boston// into standard orbit once they reach the planet, 1,500 meters from the //Krager//. This is incredibly close, but Aaron wants to use the //Krager// as cover in the event of treachery. The other two Cardassian vessels fall backoutside of weapons range but still within transporter range of their people. Aaron orders, "Full scans, now." Khaleed compliesand starts rattling off his findings, "There's evidence of a settlement on the southern continentbut right now the only life signs are CardassianAbout three dozen." He fiddles with the sensors and adds"Old Federation prefab habitat units, captain, but they're in real bad shape. I think they're about fifty or sixty years old." +There is silence over the channel, but Aaron can hear T'kora rapidly rapping her fingers against a panelFinallyshe replies, "//YesI believe I canIt will require two hours minimumhowever.//" Aaron accepts that and replies, "Get to it; I'm sending Kelly and Khaleed down to assist." Khaleed interrupts, "Can we also apply these modifications to probes and torpedoes?" T'kora replies, "//NegativeAt that point, we are looking at diminishing returns//.Aaron agrees, and likens any conflict inside the Argolis Cluster as slapping each other with foam noodles in poolKhaleed looks at him blankly and Aaron realizes the analogy didn'work.
- +
-Aaron frowns and recalls habitat units that old are often sold off to the private sector, probably decades ago. Khaleed finds a few undamaged sections with serial numbers and cross-references the computer. He calls out, "It appears these units were sold to the Tellarite Mining Consortium decades ago, but I've got nothing further. They're all heavily damaged, though." He performs a third scan and adds, "No mineral resources anywhere near the settlement." Aaron nods and muses, "Half of what they mine never ends up on the books." He assumes the TMC resold the units for a tidy profit. Khaleed shrugs and adds, "Regional temperature down there is -1° Celsius. The Cardassians are bundled up." +
- +
-==== "You Just Have One of Those Faces, Captain." ==== +
- +
-Aaron turns to T'kora and asks, "Can we use the cargo transporters to beam down a shuttle?" She shakes her head and replies, "Definitely not the runabouts; they are too large and complex. A Work Bee or a Type-6, maybe. Shall I prep the //Malden IV//?" Aaron snorts and replies, "No thank you, I don't want that variable in playI was just curious." He declares, "We'll beam down three twelve-man teams, each a mix of security and medical and science." Shil'vala interjects, "I assume you're going even if I protest?" Aaron nods and replies, "Yup. I want you up here in command, with the two runabouts on standby." She snorts and says, "If by 'standby' you mean 'fully crewed, launched, and hiding by our warp nacelles,' then sure." Aaron grins but doesn't countermand her. +
- +
-Aaron adds, "While you're doing that, I want a continuous scan of the region, particularly for artifacts." Shil'vala nods thoughtfully, and then Aaron laments, "And I really want to know why this guy knows my name." Shil'vala replies innocently, "You just have one of those faces, captain." Aaron grunts, "I'll remember that for your birthday." M'Belaa leans in and asks playfully, "Shall I get your plaque, captain?" Aaron looks confused for a second before he remembers the plaque [[trek:characters:sutok|Sutok]] made for him when he was declared an enemy of the Cardassian Union, and replies, "Maybe we keep that one under wraps for now. You can take your boots off if you come with us." He then frowns and muses, "You'd probably move easily down there without them, but you need some sort of protection. Mittens for your feet?" M'Belaa lifts up some strips of cloth and Aaron shrugs in acceptance. +
- +
-==== "Prove We Didn't Do This." ==== +
- +
-Aaron, Kimball, Khaleed, and Kelly are part of the first team that beams down to the surface in full cold-weather gear and rappelling equipment - and weapons - at 1800 hours. They materialize in the center of the settlement, and Kimball immediately tenses and starts looking for an ambush, but spots nothing. Thee Cardassians turn to them, but they're all so bundled up against the cold that they waddle and can't use their disrupters effectively. Aaron looks around and sees the habitat units, they're all scorched black. He also spots older Cardassian firearms lying on the ground, and a heavily jury-rigged Ferengi power generator. His initial opinion is that this is a secret waystation used by multiple species for illicit dealings. Khaleed spots dozens of black piles of ash in the snow and scans one. His face pales as he says, "Captain, we have a problem. These are carbonized remains." +
- +
-Before Aaron can answer, three Cardassians waddle their way over. Kimball can tell one of them is military, from the bulky uniform under his cold-weather gear, but the other two - a male and a female judging by their gait - are civilians. As they stop in front of the Starfleet crew, Aaron spots the military officer sports the rank insignia of a //jagul//, or a Cardassian admiral, and his tension ratchets up another notchHowever, the Cardassians are so bundled up no skin is showing, until the civilian male takes off his goggles and holds out his hand to Aaron. Warily, Aaron shakes it, and the civilian introduces himself as Agent Corbas. +
- +
-Agent Corbas gestures to the other two and says, "This is //Jagul// [[trek:characters:kolar|Kolar]] of the Cardassian Third Order. Please forgive his rudeness; he's had rough dayAnd this is Agent [[trek:characters:duvella|Mul Duvella]] of the Obsidian Order." The female civilian bows slightly at the Starfleet officers but says nothing, while the //jagul// silently glowers. Agent Corbas sighs and turns to Khaleed, who is scanning the black residue with the tricorder again. Corbas identified Bahb by name, and says, "Welcome to the Bajoran refugee colony, Captain Englyss, located in the middle of nowhere. We believe it was set up a year ago, and this happened a month ago. Your service to the Cardassian Union is simple and straightforward: prove we //didn't// do this."+
