When they arrive, they are directed to a golden sigil that has appeared at the temple end of the hallway. After determining the sigil is not for them, they enter the Temple and meet Kirk, who says he has sent the Guardsmen, but warns their protection will eventually wane. He is also responsible for the sigil, which protects the hallway from Arcadia.
